We spent five days in Yosemite and the Hampton Inn at the Sacramento Airport was our last stop. It was located very close to the airport. The rooms, service, breakfast bar were up to the high standards of the Hampton Inn chain. The hotel was located close to other hotels and good choices for full service restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

I came in so late after flying 3,000 miles from NY to Sacramento and was SO tired. It was about 11:00 when I arrived. There was 2 guys drinking beer sitting on the couch in the common area, and nobody at the desk. I waited for about 5 minutes (almost walked out and went to the sister Hilton property that looked nicer next door). The desk clerk returned and quickly checked me in, she was very nice.
My room seemed dark and dated. The desk chair had a bleach mark right where someone might have had an "accident". There was a carpet strip of nails exposed going from the bedroom area to the bathroom that I stepped on barefoot and punchured my feet more than once. I was eager to get the heck out of there when morning came....

This is the greatest hotel in the Sacramento area. I travel a lot, and the staff is fantatstic! They treated me as if I was their friend. I ran into their general manager and she is full of smiles. Everyone was great, and I see where they get it from! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I will be back!

My husband and I were in route to attend a meeting in South Lake Tahoe and we flew into Sacramento so we could enjoy a leisure drive via US Hwy 50 going through Folsom and many other quaint towns before arriving for a week of meetings. Our booking agent put us up in the Hampton Inn at Sacramento Airport Natomas. Our flight was late (so what's new) and we arrive late...11 p.m. Pacific Time and 1:00 a.m. Central Time. We were very tired upon checking in...the front desk was extremely pleasant...especially for that time of night. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The bed felt so good! After a good night’s rest and ready to take on Highway 50, we enjoyed our breakfast, checked out...only to return that following Saturday for our return flight home. Before we left we inquired about a corner room with a view. The front desk suggested room 236 and upon their request we booked room 236 for our return stay.

After the meeting had concluded, we drove back to Sacramento, checked into the Hampton and the attendant at the front desk noted that I was not feeling well and recommend a nearby drug store and convenient restaurants...very much appreciated. We checked in when to our room (236) and honestly it compared equally or perhaps even better than our room at South Lake Tahoe (Harrah's Resort).

Thank you Hampton Inn for a very pleasant stay and we will highly recommend your business to others...and we will certainly stay there the next time we flight into Sacramento on our way to other parts of CA/NV.
