People were waiting for help and no one was around. We thought the coffee was empty, along with numerous other people. Finally someone went to the desk to get help ..

Not a bad place to stay but not worth the price or up to the ranking advertised by Marriott (A bit of surprise b/c they usually nail it). After a week camping in Yosemite and flying out the next day, I was attracted to this place because it has a spa. Too bad the spa was out of service for "the next two days". Also, I request extra towels but didn't get them.

Considering the great service and experience at other Marriotts, this place stinks.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is located about 5 miles south of the airport, right off of the freeway and next to a truck stop. Although it was clean and decent, and offered a good breakfast, the noise from the trucks and freeway really detracted from the value that the Fairfield Inn offers as a place to crash after a flight.

Our room was not clean. My husband and I had been on the road all day and we chose this based on reviews posted here. I can deal with outdated rooms before I can stand unclean ones. We were too tired to go elsewhere. There was hair all over in the bathroom and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. GROSS! I don't usually walk around hotel rooms barefoot and this one for sure! The only reason I agreed to stay was that the bed was clean. Find somewhere else!
