We booked a room for 5 people. When we arrived they gave us a room with 2 beds. I went back to the front desk to have them fix the error. The front desk attendant was so rude and uncaring. He said they couldn't put a cot in there and instead gave us a new room with adequate beds for all five, but charged us more. When I spoke with a manager the next day her explanation was that the room was legal to sleep 5 but that didn't mean there were beds for 5 people. Really? BTW the new room we got had an air conditioner that was constantly leaking and we had to put the trash cans under to catch the water. Any positive aspects of the hotel were overshadowed by these terrible and ridiculous incidents! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Nice surprise to have a snack"dinner" and manager free happy hour. The room was large and very clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Coffee in the room was actually good. The morning breakfast was hot scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, fresh fruits and cerals. OJ and other juice choices were available. I was able to leave my car in their parking lot for 5 days without charge. The free shuttle service to airport was on time, clean and had a . friendly driver. I called the hotel upon my return and a shuttle was there in less than 15 minutes. I enjoyed the experience with this property.

We took advantage of the park and stay feature when we flew out of Sacramento to Las Vegas. It was about $119.00 with taxes to park the car for 6 nights and sleep over 1 night. The lobby of the hotel was nice and they had a decent free breakfast. The staff was VERY nice. The room was very out dated. The lighting was low. I wouldn't stay there again.

Our concern was magnified when we pulled in to this 70's era wooden building, but were quickly put at ease. The lobby was decorated for the Holidays and was quite inviting. The Great Room was full of a lively clientele- enjoying the hospitality of the Managers' Reception. Clean - spacious- with a black marble fireplace. Barrett - the Bartender - offered us complimentary beer and wine. He is one super host. There was also a nice snack- salad, tortilla chips, salsa, vegetarian chili, meat chili, sour cream, jalapeno, and salsa. It was just what we needed after our trip. The room proper was a little old but CLEAN. Mattress firm and comfortable. Full size fridge - sink - coffeemaker and dishwasher. Great budget minded hotel- right off Hwy 5. We had dinner across the street at the Monterey Bay Cannery- great fresh seafood. There is also a BBQ place adjacent- perhaps we'll stop by tomorrow night. Not the greatest neighborhood- but a good choice for the budget minded. We highly recommend.
