The staff goes above and beyond their job duties to keep customers happy with their stay.

stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks, did have problems getting clean towels on a daily basis, however, breakfast was a little better than previous reviews, had bacon and eggs every morning, however that was a 6am...floors are dirty, sheets seemed ok, place was quiet. Be sure to ask for a room w/ a microwave and fridge but be prepared to pay $5 more a night for this service that should be provided to anyone who stays longer than one night without an extra fee, since the website states that microwaves and fridges are in the rooms.

Let me start my saying that the gentleman who checked me in was very nice. That was probably the only part of my stay I can say I am satisfied with. I'm not a picky customer and I rarely have complaints, but this place could use a MAJOR deep cleaning. I noticed a yellow stain on the bed sheets as soon as I walked into my room and checked the bed. Housekeeping came fast to change them for me. Don't walk around your room with out your shoes on, because the carpets had the bottom of my feel almost black with dirt from the carpet. Had to wear shoes or socks to even walk to the bathroom. Now the bathroom, wow.... I couldnt tell if the towels were not washed or if they were just old and needed to be replaced, but the towels were dingy and gross in both rooms I occupied. The shower leaked water through the bottom of the tub and drain needed to be cleaned big time. Water puddled at my feet while taking a shower, it wouldn't go down the drain fast enough. It is located right off of the freeway but was actually quiet considering. I will NOT be returning to this place until they get a major cleaning makeover!

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days. Three of the seven we did not get bath towels, and often were missing some sort of other towel, either wash cloth, bath mat, or hand towel. It was not that we did not get clean towels, but simply, NO towels. The old towels were taken and not replaced. Not to mention this occurred with cups, soap, etc. In addition, I do not know if the floors have ever been cleaned. When you got out of the shower and walked around the room, the bottom of your feet were black, and you would leave black foot prints in the bathroom. If it were not for the special rate we had gotten for booking for a week, we would have packed everything up and gone to the hotel down the street.
