Cob webs on the walls and ceiling. Lots of dirt on the ceiling above the air unit. Shower floor was stained brown. The lamp shades were rotten. The sheets were either dirty or stained. Free breakfast was a joke. At 8:30 A.M. there was 1 bagel and 3 English muffins. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT STAY AT THE QUALITY INN NATOMAS.

I just want to THANK YOU so much for my current stay at your hotel. I unfortunately lost my home in Natomas and as a result was required to stay in a motel. I chose your hotel three weeks ago and so happy I did. From the very start your GM and staff made me feel very welcomed. They appear to work as a family and it shows and made ME a family member.

For many people, going through what I have just gone through, would have been devastating, but honestly YOUR STAFF made me feel so at home and so welcomed that each day I tend to regret it less and less.

I will be here for many months now because I WANT TO! Thank you so much!

I had some friends and family members stay at this hotel and i thought about staying there for a business trip i had to take but what i was told was absolutely sickening! The rooms are fiflthy, people selling drugs outside the hotel, bed bugs, very noisy...the list goes on. I would have expected more for a place that has the name "hotel" in it! I feel bad my loved ones had to experience such a horrible stay. I would NOT advise anyone to waste their money n stay there.

When I made reservations to fly to the airport in Sacramento, California, I was surprised to learn that the rental car companies would already be closed for the evening; so I was very happy when I found an inexpensive hotel that would have a free shuttle to and from the airport. This hotel was exactly what I needed. It is a basic hotel, but it was very clean...the room was spacious....the bed was comfortable...and there was a nice breakfast in the morning which included scrambled eggs and bacon. When I arrived at the airport after midnight, I just called the hotel and within about 15 minutes, they arrived to pick me up. The next morning, the shuttle left the hotel for the airport every two hours beginning at 4:30AM. (Make sure that you get on the list when you check in so that you can be assured of a seat!). So I was able to get back to the airport and get on one of the buses which take travelers directly to the car rental facility at the airport.. If you are driving the hotel has easy access to the freeway and a pool for cooling off. As I said before, it is a basic hotel...but if you are looking for something that is reasonable, clean, comfortable, and convenient to the airport or the freeway, then the Quality Inn Natomas may be just the place for you.
