Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. From being falsely accused to smoking in the rooms to being threatened with being kicked out at 12:30 at night, this hotel seems to have no idea how to treat a guest or how to talk with each other. We ordered the rooms online three or four weeks in advance, were hassled about having too many people in each room (while we had a perfectly legal amount) and had no access to a working phone. Even with ordering the room, we called to confirm -twice- and the workers were still clueless. None of the phones in the hotel can call long distance or cell phones, apparently, and ours didn't even work. Also, apparently the manager came in Sunday morning just to charge a smoking fine to a room where no one smoked, according to the workers. I don't think I believe that. We had to tell the employees several times who was staying in what room. The service was absolutely terrible, and the rest of the hotel was nothing special.
