Upon my arrival Sunday evening, the front desk person (Lindsey) could not have been nicer or more helpful. When I asked for her suggestion for dinner, she pointed me in the direction of a great, small local place - and took the time to print out map directions to make the short drive easier.
But it was the housekeeping staff that took me by surprise. Before rushing out for my Monday morning meeting, I had left my toiletries scattered around the bathroom sink area. When I came back later, the housekeeper had arranged all my "stuff" very neatly to the side, on a small towel. Just a really nice touch that probably took the housekeeper a couple of extra minutes out of her day.
The room was clean, well appointed, good HVAC, and the walls seemed to be pretty well soundproofed. Oh, and no bedbugs!

Stayed at this hotel on a Friday. Lobby and check in staff where terrific. Hotel was clean and the room was clean and neat. King bed was comfortable and the TV was a large flat screen.
The bathroom was clean and the towels were soft and didn't feel like they belonged in a gym.

Only problem with the area was there were no restaurants near by. I ordered pizza for delivery from a place advertised in the room and I thought it sucked.

I would stay here again.

Nice clean new hotel but they were a little lacking in service. I needed to do laundry but the lone counter person was busy. I had to wait twenty minutes to get soap and change. The worst part is that the attendant forgot to tell me that the machine was out of order on my floor.

I found the area not very appealing,There is a Casina down the road and some shady people lurking around. I when to a local Pizza Hut and found the place swarmed by police looking for someone. Not a great impression for some visiting Sacramento for the first time.

The hotel is nice but I would not recommend this hotel to women travelling alone.
