Upon arrival to the airport & calling the hotel, we were told that while the shuttle is free, there is an administrative fee of $15pp/ea. way shuttle charge. We had chosen this hotel mostly because of the "free" shuttle option so instead, we paid an extra $20 to pick up our rental car early. It didn't really sting us too badly since we had a room rate under $100, and the hotel is well worth $100+/nt.
The hotel is new, with spotless rooms and public areas (hallways, elevator, breakfast/lounge area, and lobby). The front desk staff and breakfast staff were polite, professional, and helpful. The free full breakfast is a good bargain, with varied options for both hot & cold selections. The quantity and quality of the food/juice/coffee was very good.
Great value for the money.

This was the third Holiday Express Hotel we stayed in, in as many weeks, and they just seemed to be getting better.
Reception staff was very friendly, and especially helpful. One in particular, though clearly about to leave after her time on the counter, still took the time to answer some queries we had about accessibility into the city. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff appears to be a trademark for this hotel chain.
Room was very spacious and well appointed.
Wonderful complimentary breakfast makes for great starts to the day.
On the down side, the hotel is located at some distance from the city centre, and nearby shopping centres. However, a good light rail service is available nearby, and with a little creativity (in finding parking), offers a very inexpensive means of access into the city.

Like all Holiday Inns, this one is basic and clean and friendly, but best of all they have a free happy hour on Tuesday and Wednesday nights - beer, wine and real food like pasta and salad or pork roast and rice. I was on my own, traveling for business, and being able to eat and get a glass of wine at the hotel for free was really nice at the end of a long day. Their breakfast bar was awesome, too, with great biscuits and gravy and bacon, etc.

Nice, clean newer hotel. We just stayed one night. The rooms were clean and inlcuded a nice tv, microwave and fridge. Breakfast was good and they seating area was very spacious.
