The property is in excellent condition. It is clear that management does care. It is very clean, well trimmed trees outside, large room with refregirators, microwave, etc.
It even has an elevayor (kind of unusual for budget hotel with just two stores).
Our rooms were comfortable and quiet.

I traveled with my brother in law, his wife and two children. We walked to the American river (about 15 min walk) and spend very nice afternoon in the park.
One of the children left behind his beloved toy. I wrote e-mail to the management, and Barry Patel called us back the same day, found the toy and send it to us. Great service!

We have spent about eight nights in different hotels (mostly Super 8 and Good Nite Inn)on this California trip and this hotel was the best.

We were checked in by Ana - in fact she was there whenever we went down to lobby during a three day stay. Ana was absolutely marvelous!! Always a bright smile when we needed anything - nothing was too much trouble. I feel she is the backbone of this motel! Motel itself was great - every room is a suite! We had very large room with 2 queen beds, microwave, fridge, A/C, desk with separate phone next to it for business calls that need to be made whilst online. Another phone next to bed. Double settee and separate armchair. Bathroom with tub / shower & toilet. Separate sink with mirror AND another sink next to microwave!! Everything clean and lovely, bed very comfie. Hot spa & laundry also. One exit from Old Sac Town and shopping mall. McDonalds just down street (2 mins walk) restaurant (4 mins walk). Our room was on 3rd level and very quiet. Altogether a lovely stay. Our sincere thanks to Ana.

I just got back from a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. I wanted a place to stay that was inexpensive with A/C and decent space and location. The price on this room was too good to pass up and it came with a king size bed, microwave, fridge, sitting area, and free internet. All this in downtown Sacramento, a few minutes from Old Sac, shopping, restaurants, etc. Housekeeping probably could have done a little better, but I would stay here again as long as the price stays low after the summer deals..

I am from Austin, TX and I had a business visit to Sacramento .
I had planned to stay at Super 8 motel near the state capitol. I got a suite for a cost a regular room !!!! I was able to get a good deal on this motel.

I was pleased with the services at the motel and the behavior at the reception.The staff was friendly and helpful and I was quickly guided to my room, which was large, very-well planned and extremely clean.

Beds were very comfy and the room had a TV, refrigerator, coffee maker and micro wave........ I had a decent variety of TV channels which was very good...The toiletries and the bathroom were superb. It's these little touches that makes a motel room special.

The free internet services at this Super8 were exotic. My suite was on the 3rd floor still my wireless manager on IBM laptop showed excellent wireless connection. I was very happy to see this !!!

The parking premises is quite safe and they seem to have cameras all over the place. There was a Jacuzzi/Sauna down but i din't have the time to enjoy it.

In the morning, I had continental breakfast ....and the check out could me less than a minute .... which was super fast service.

I feel i had a wonderful stay at this motel and i am pleased to visit this place again if I come to Sacramento
