Stayed at this hotel for two nights in late January. Front desk and restaurant staff very nice and friendly. Room was very no-frills, but clean.

For Me - the best a property can be by itself is 4 dots or "Very Good." The staff earn the final rating of excellent. This place did everything very well. The staff- only fair. I am not a Hilton loyalty member. Have you ever had the person ahead of you treated like a close friend and then when it's your turn- they treat you with indifference? This was the case here.
While I had one of the better weeks at this place- great appointments and bedding- staff didn't make the grade.

With all this said, I would go back. Good corporate focus.

Really appreciated the excellent care and service that Luchie gave on first day of check in. Airline Flight was cancelled the next day, and decided to return that evening because of the great service the first day. Luchie quickly provided Shuttle Service from the Airport late in the evening, and made arrangments for early departure the next day. I plan to return every month for business.

From booking to staying, the staff were extremely accommodating with my arrangements. Great Service, staff knows my first name and gives me the VIP treatment during my stay. I felt like family here! The manager Chris and his staff are so pleasant with a smile when I left for my meeting in the morning and a smile to welcome me back. Ronny over at the restaurant was so sweet and took care of me too! The kitchen staff was like good friends...wow...Hotel extremely clean, room was very nice...tons of plugs for all my equipment and gadgets...if I ever had to come back for my business trips...it will be back here to see Chris and his staff.
