This hotel is a little more than what you would expect from an econo lodge. Rooms are clean and decent sized. Ample countertop space at the sink and beds are comfortable. Comp breakfast is not impressive in the least. If you happen to encounter a problem, however, expect to waste plenty of your vacation time getting it resolved. Upon my arrival, the keys to our room didn't work. Had to go back to the office. They sent maintenace, who would have to come back again and again to fix it, which turned out the lock was just so dirty, it couldn't read our keys. What really upset me more than anything, was that on a day in Pigeon Forge, when the temp was 100 degrees. The ac was off when we finally got to our room. Took all evening for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. And I was disapointed after the manager agreed I shouldn't pay full amount for our trouble, upon check out, my bill of course, was no different. I won't stay here again. I'd recomend this hotel, just hope you don't have a problem.
