This brand new hotel is nice, and well worth the price, but it took over an hour to check in, and some of our party's reservations were "lost". very poor management! Whlie we stood in line (for over an hour) the Manager talked on the phone, ignoring the people waiting in the lobby, while the clerk-who was obviously new-struggled with the reservation process. Hopefully this problem will be worked out and then this will be the best place to stay in this area.
