I checked into a room at 7:30 when I got in the room and tried to get on the Internet I called down and asked if something could be done Aryani assured me that the Internet will be fixed by 9:30. I waited till 9:30 and the Internet still did not work. I asked if I could just check out and get my money back since the room did not have all the amenities I was promised. She says no and when I ask if she can call her manager she says no he doesn't like to be bothered . Excuse me I thought costomer service came first? She brushed me off and says I can come back in the morning. Rudest people I have ever met I will report them to the bbb I'm getting my money back one way or another.

We drove in from Phoenix Thanksgiving morning and arrived fashionably early -- 10:00 a.m. to be exact. We knew check in was not until 3:00 p.m. but we went to the front desk just to let them know we had arrived. Without blinking an eye the wonderful woman at the front desk checked us into a room and we were able to go right up and have a little time to relax before meeting friends for lunch. That was totally great! Overall, this location is near virtually anything you would want to do (Hermosa Beach about a ten minute walk away, fresh seafood stands about five minutes away). The rooms were large and clean, there were free cookies in the lobby in the evening, and they have bike rentals. We got our money's worth and would return to this location in a heartbeat.

We stayed here as we wanted to pick up a motorhome in the area the next day. Airport shuttle from LAX is around $ 35 so this has to go into your calculation ... We found a convenient, friendly place with the most helpful staff and a nice complimentary breakfast that others have described here already -- the best start into the day you can imagine. Free wireless and a computer in the lobby.

We stayed here last minute as other arrangements made online were scary and we vacated early. This hotel staff was fantastic, ability to have access to a computer was something I took advantage of every moring in their lobby. Breakfast was over the top. My family did not have lunch most days as there was plenty to eat at breakfast- waffles, toast, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Rooms were clean, pool was reasonably sized and not busy at all. I especially like being right on the pier & could walk to some close dinig (joes Crab Shack) or other small homey takeout places further down the pier. Highly recommend this place.
