On a previous trip the manager at The Hampton Inn and Suites comped our entire stay after we mentioned the noise of people slamming doors and a garbage truck across the street banging dumpsters at daybreak. All we were hoping for was a little off of our bill but he was kind enough to give us the night for free. Since I had previously reviewed the Hampton there was no way I could show our appreciation so I am attempting to do that now.
At this Best Western Lisa at the front desk was a hoot!! She knew what we tired travelers needed and walked us through the best values and rooms for our dollar. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel.
I think this hotel used to be a Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was sketchy at best. The eggs were burnt and the selections were ........ not so swell. Definitely not HIE quality.
Being right on the freeway, the road noise was considerable.
The room was newer and very clean.
If you need quiet we recommend you stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. If they were smart they would try to hire Lisa away from the Best Western.
In all of our travels over the years Lisa was far and above all of the front desk people we have ever encountered.
Thanks for your time. Hope this review helps.
