We had been driving around town looking at rentals & looking for employment and whern we ran out we thought we'd check in to the hotel & use laptop to view more on line checked in the lady at front desk was not very friendly, she assured us they had wi-fi. Was told they also had a hot breakfast, a flat screen TV. Do not be fooled by this being a Whyndam propperty, the carpet in the room was stained, no flat screen TV, no microwave, & wi fi did not work at all, told front desk, made several calls, tried several things, she said it was working in office, so I went down there, it was not working. if we had known no wi-fi we would have continued on our trip home but by the time we figured it was not going to work it was to late. What a waste of time & money. I was given a $20.00 dicoiunt in the morning. The eggs are hard boiled not hot as told, it's basically cold cereal, apples, yogurt and split bagels and waffles. They also should mention that there is nothing near there to eat but a gas station. I will never stay there again!! The only thing they have going is the bed was fairly comfortable w/no blankets or comforter!

I was traveling late into the evening after having a tire blow out with two small children ages 3 and 12 months. After traveling all day the kids were exhausted and crying being way passed their bed times. I presented a credit card the front desk gentlemen said it was declined. I asked to please run it again, he replied, "Maybe we shouldn't do this". He refused to help, Yet the credit card worked just fine at the Hilton down the street. I have never been treated so badly and have made a compliant with the Better Business Bureau.

Stay at this Ramada at your peril. They charge $40 for pets AFTER you get there. They won't let you out of your prepaid reservation even if you contact them 12 hours before check in. There is nothing, no fast food, no restaurants, no stores, no gas stations within miles of the place -- you have to get back on the freeway to find something to eat. The room was small and noisy. The front desk lady was rude and snippy. The breakfast was served during very limited hours -- 7 to 9 am and was pitiful. Not a bargain, and definately not what I'm used to in staying at Ramada Inns.

I have been staying at this hotel for two years twice a week on business. The rooms are very clean and a great part of the hotel has been remodeled. Marybeth is friendly, courteous and willing to work with the client, including finding another hotel nearby when this one is full. I work at night so its very important to sleep during the day. The hotel is quiet even though it's close to freeway I-5 (with occasional guests moving around). Haven't tried the indoor pool yet, but it looks nice and clean.
Even though there are no restaurants next door to the hotel, there are lots of delivery options at the front desk (pizza, BBQ, pasta) and continental breakfast in the mornings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
