Ok i arrive to check in to find out they did not hold the room with a microwave and frigde that I personally called and reserved prior but hey you know things happen not the end of the world. What really made me upset was the desk lady and and another employee started stating I bet so in so did it I can't believe that getting angry throwing what I call at toddler fit right there in front of me. I tried to calm them down I kept saying listen its ok just put me in a clean room I can park by. It took me forever it simply check in due to them freaking out! So I finally get to my room, the carpet had food crumbs by one of the bed, all I had was 2 hand towels (thank god I did pack one of my own towels so I made due. Later that night around 10 there where children running around screaming and people drinking and having social hour outside me room. In the morning as I was leaving I got to witness three maids in a heated debate where every other word was the F word! All I can say is I am glad I was there due to buisness and did not bring my family along with me. I will never ever return there. Take my advice stay anywhere but their.

Although the price was cheap it shows the saying you get what you pay for! The mid-aged lady that checked us in was clearly unprofessional and rude when we simply asked if they had a hot tub she laughed and told us we are not the best western! beyond that the room smelled awful like dog! The other people staying where partying all night when we called down to complain they said they would deal with it but never did! so after staying in a stinky room with rock hard beds partying we felt exhaused by morning when we where walked in on at around 1030am by a housekeeper!!!!! In addition something about either soap they clean the sheets in or maybe whey where just dirty we felt itchy.! Do not stay here especially if you have a family with small children. Its not a qualithy place at all!!!!

Checked in and opened the door to the room and the heater was on high and the room had a strong smell of marijuana. Asked for another room and in the mean time a group of of meth addict looking people walked up and surrounded my wife in our vehicle. One came in and rented a room for all six. I'm not sure what they were going to do but it scared my wife so bad she drove away. I asked for a refund and we stayed at another hotel.

I have stayed at the Redding North property several times in the past and have ALWAYS found the staff there to be more than helpful and the rooms spotlessly clean. In my opinion, all of my experiences reflect back on the property manager who is always willing to go the extra mile.
