The rooms were spacious but quite stark. Everything was clean & the bed was comfortable. There were no surprises (good or bad!) here. It was exactly what we expected. The breakfast was good & they had a waffle machine. I would definitely stay here again.

In the last year Ive stayed at the baymont for medical reasons(close to the Hospital),and also for pleasure. The rooms are very clean and comfortable,the staff,from the room service to the front desk are very friendly and always ready to help -out.I have reccomended the Baymont to friends and family and they all have had good experiences there.

I stay at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Redding CA once a month for 1 to 3 nights and don't even consider staying any other place. The property is very clean, well maintained, the rooms extremely comfortable, and the location very convenient without being on a busy street. The managers and others at the front desk, and all personnel have always been kind, courteous, helpful, and nice to chat with. I have traveled extensively in the US and internationally and I rate this hotel in the highest range, and especially so in this price bracket.

My husband has cancer, we spent 7 weeks here at the Baymont while he underwent chemo and radiation treatments. We checked several hotels before making this reservation and they were all way out of our price range. I'd stayed at another hotel in town when he had is surgery, it was far from nice and three times the price of Baymont. The staff is truly delightful, always attentive and cheerful, never over-bearing or rude. Our room was cleaned daily and always fresh and nice - can't image what room Rockstrongo had - certainly not the one we had!! This facility is fresh and clean throughout This hotel is to be commended for offering a very fair and reasonable rate to persons having to spend time in Redding for medical treatments. Redding is the hub - the medical community for most of us in Northern CA. We would have to have driven 180 miles everyday for 7 weeks had it not been for this gracious hotel. For those who enjoy the pool - I doubt you'll find a nicer one in Redding or in most towns for that matter. Take a book and enjoy the morning sun (indoors) next to the pool and relax after enjoying a great breakfast including waffles!! Other features: good location; microwave and fridge; internet in the lobby; nicely kept grounds; very comfortable lobby; warm choc chip cookies to help you sleep! Enjoy your stay, we did and we had some pretty serious circumstances.
