Rooms facing Palm Springs have awesome views, the pool area is packed with palms & a bonfire at night. When you get a spa service they feed you fresh fruit & there's a private pool for spa guests. Highly recommend the Baja tacos & milkshake that comes in a chocolate cup at Waters Cafe.
Checking in, & room service were amazingly fast & all staff was so helpful with a smile. We can't say enough. Stayed 4 nights in January 2012, & now another night in Feb.

Just got back from a 2 night stay at Agua Caliente Resort & Casino. Hotel is four Diamond AAA rated and the room was excellent. Very clean and has a huge soaking oval tub with separate shower. They even have a small flat screen TV in the bathroom. Both nights were comped so my stay were free. The room we had was fairly huge with double beds. They even have a PURE air unit in the room to purify allergens and dust. They have a buffet, a steakhouse, Waters Cafe , Poker Deli and a Java Caliente coffee shop. Only tried the coffee shop for beverages since I brought some food with me. Nightime entertainment at their lounge with a live band on Friday and Saturday starting at 9 pm til 1 am. Gambled both nights mostly slots. Didn't have any luck Friday night but recouped all my losses on Saturday and Sunday morning. Great stay for both nights and will come again.

Let's just say the staff at agua is the worst ever! A employee makes a mistake with a reservations and then proceeds to blame me. I gave them all the info including my credit card number they then give me a conformation number And say I am all set to go. I call to confirm they say my promo code actually doesn't work, I don't have reservations and start to accuse me of tricking them. So if i drove up there and they inform me about this then i would had no place to stay! Do your self a favor and stay in spa hotel and casino. Agua Caliente has no idea what customer service is, the assistAnt manager is rude and unprofessional, I am glad I didn't stay here with all the comments about room service and maids stealing money and then staff not doing anything about it!

I was at a conference nearby a few weeks ago, stopped at the casino and signed up for the players card. 3 weeks later I received a coupon for 2 free nights on a Monday-Thursday. I jumped at the chance and had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and clean. The casino is great. The room was absolutely fantastic. Spacious room with a very comfortable king size bed. TV in the bathroom, deep tub for soaking, and a wonderful shower. The restaurant overlooking the pool was lovely and reasonable. The sandwich bar next to the casino had HUGE sandwiches that I was able to carry out to my room.
