We took our family (including baby) on a quick trip to Fresno and stopped at this hotel on the way home. We found a coupon for it in one of those hotel coupon books you find at travel stations. The receptionist accepted the coupon without any extra charges even though it said it might cost more on weekends. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My only complaints are as follows: they didn't have any cribs, but I doubt very many people need one in their room; and, the only restaurants around were two that weren't open for dinner - we had to drive a few miles to find some other places to eat. The pool was a bit on the cool side, but since it was hot outside it didn't matter too much. The kids loved it. The breakfast was great! One more thing, while I was checking in the receptionist got a phone call from some guests stuck in one of the elevators. She handled the situation very well and was very kind and patient with the person on the phone. We just used the stairs.

This hotel was pretty good. The people for the most part seemed very friendly. The breakfast was awesome...hot pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. The only problem that I had was that I left some things in a drawer in the room. I realized it on my way home that night. I immediatly called the hotel when I got home and was told there was nothing that could be done about it and call back in the morning. When I called the next morning the guy told me to call back in a few minutes, which I did. When I called back he still had no answer for me. I gave him my number and was told he would call me that day, I never received a call. I called the next day and was told that nothing was found. I described exactly where it was left so either someone stole the stuff or threw it away. I dealt with the same guy the whole time and he was not very helpful this was the only case of this. The hotel room was very roomy. There were a lot of channels for the TV. It had a refigerator, micro, couch, and a desk. Very nice room.

I just stayed 2 nights at the hotel, having moved from staying one night at another hotel in rancho cordova that i did not like -
the room was spacious, and the microwave and frig are handy - it was very clean - stay on the 3rd or 4th floors as they are in best condition - hotel courtyard is attractive -
breakfast includes some hot foods, and is generous and well done, serving from 6:30am to 9:30am -
hi speed internet service did not work at first when attempted login, but front desk gave me a number to call and the company was prompt in correcting the problem -
i plan to stay for a few nights every 8-10 weeks when i visit family in the area -

I was pleasatly surpised with the hotels amenities and appearance for the discounted rate I had gotten on the internet. They had a free hot breakfast which was pretty good and the breakfast room was big and comfortable so I didin't have to go back and eat in my room.

My room was fairly spacious and the hotel's layout is very convenient. No long walks to get something etc. I used the pool and jacuzzi. They also had an exercise room but I didn't get a chance to go.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was clean, great breakfast and great price! Easy to get to just off the freeway but far enough that it was quiet.
