First off, I'd say this motel might have a chance of being decent if the staff did anything but sit on the computer in the lobby/front desk all day.
I think you just have to take one look at the property to see what it is about. The pool/jacuzzi is never working and the grounds are just dirty.
I will never stay here again. I've stayed here numerous times before, but the final straw was the most recent room I stayed in.
Upon entering the room, it appeared that someone had stripped the cable cord of one side and left it on the floor. Why would this not be exposed of? Minor, but okay, I'll live.
The bathroom had a waste basket sitting on the toilet, full of water. I didn't think much of it until I realized the water was coming from the light above, above the light fixture. It looked like someone had tried to take the fixture off, but only got one corner out. I was afraid to turn the light switch after that. Water +electricity doesn't seem like a good idea. Upon telling the people at the front desk of this hazard, I was told there was"nothing they could do."
There were no towels in my room, either, and when I requested one, was told it was too late and I should have asked the maid earlier. The maid does her rounds at 10ish a.m. and I didn't arrive until 5ish p.m.
Overall, I'm extremely unimpressed by this motel's unprofessional behavior. Maybe if they would hire people who know what they are doing and actually do work other than sit on the internet all day and night.
BTW- They appear to be changing management because they are "attracting the wrong type of clientele". Of course they are with such grimy conditions. No one wants to stay in a motel where even the most basics of items, like towels or even fire hazards, are attended to.
