We stayed at this hotel during the Thanksgiving. This was our third time staying here. We like the extra room for the family to move around without climbing over each other. We reserved a 1 bedroom but got an upgrade to a 2 bedrooms. Each bathroom came with toothpaste. A nice touch! Very nice and clean room with friendly staffs. The breakfast was typical. There were usually 4 hot items, bagels, muffins, and bread. To my kids’ disappointment, they did not have coco mix.

The location is perfect as well. Very quiet with nearby restaurants and shopping center. The hotel located right off hwy. 580 and 680. You can take Stoneridge Dr to hwy. 680 or Hopyard Rd to hwy. 580. The Stoneridge Mall is right down the street. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Bay Area.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel! We received a fantastic rate by paying in advance ~$75 / night including taxes. We arrived early after a very long drive and since our room wasn't ready they upgraded us from 1 bedroom suite to 2 bedroom suite no charge. The beds were VERY comfortable and there were ample pillows and they were fluffy and soft. The kitchen had EVERYTHING! Fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, dishes. The flat screen TV and DVD player plus TV's in each bedroom were a hit with my family. The pool area was beautiful, clean and relaxing. It was truly like a home away from home. The breakfast was quite good, a large variety of selections to choose from, hot and cold, with a lovely dining area. The staff were more than friendly. They even helped us find a nearby skate park for the kids. Both my husband and I kept saying it was like home away from home, and we wished all hotels were this nice. He travels a LOT for business and we had stayed at a couple of other locations along the way on this vacation. Nothing compared! One word to the wise, I did not notice an elevator and we were on the third floor. Not a problem for us, but could be for some. Easy fix, request a room on the ground floor.

Stayed here 4 nights early August (like 3 years ago in May). Hyatt Summerfield suites(HSS) in Pleasanton is a perfect location for visiting the Bay area. Whole family enjoyed the accommodation and all services offered. The suites are spacious and its beds are supreme. Also breakfast, pool and social hour are top of the bill. Would recommend HSS without hesitation and will definitely stay their again for future trips to the USA.

The area where the hotel is situated felt safe with a selection of restaurants opposite - easy access by car to local ammenities including shopping mall and BART( train) to San Francisco.

We (family of 3 child 7years) stayed at this hotel for 10 days in August 2010..The staff on the front desk were friendly and on checking in we were upgraded from a 1bed to a 2 bed suite. Our room was similar to a small apartment with 2 bedrooms including a kingsize bed in each which were very clean and comfortable + 2 ensuite bathrooms , a small kitchen with basic cooking equipment, oven + microwave large fridge freezer leading onto an openplan lounge area. Our room was clean with a maid on a daily basis which also included the washing up of dirty dishes! The facilities of the hotel were good and all clean- tennis/basketball court, BBQ facilities, swimming pool.gym+ laundry room. The daily breakfast was more than adequate with a selection of cold and hot foods and sitting at a table outside by the pool area each morning in the sun was quite enjoyable. During our stay the hotel was very busy although our room was quiet.

If I was really looking for faults I would say the following: Our room being on the ground floor was a little dark especially in one of the bedrooms. The furniture in the lounge area although clean could perhaps do with updating. The cuttlery/plates at breakfast could be replenished a little more often as at busy times this did run out.

Overall we enjoyed the time we were at this hotel and could have easily stayed longer.
