My husband, young son and I stayed here for two nights in January. We arrived about 45 minutes before check in and tried to get our room because our son was sleeping in the car. They said absolutely no early check in! We were surprised by the poor customer service given that our two previous hotels had allowed us to even check in as early as 90 minutes early ! The manager is very unpleasant. I selected the hotel because of its proximity to the beach and because of its advertised "heated, indoor pool." Our son was so excited to go swimming, but when we got there the pool could loosely be described as indoor and was very cold. When we complained they said they only heat it on the weekends and that it would take 20 hours. We arrived on Friday so it should have been heated according to his rules. Well on Saturday afternoon, we finally took our son swimming and it was far from heated. We only lasted about 10 minutes. My son was VERY disappointed. Then one morning my husband went for a run and tried to get some breakfast in the lobby at 7:30am. They told him it would not be ready until 8am, but the food was already sitting out and covered. The manager has no idea what customer service is. I have never written a negative review on trip advisor, but this hotel deserves it. Trust me when I say, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
