I had stayed here for 2 nights in late January 2012 with my 22-months old daughter and my wife. We wanted to booked a room with Jacuzzi, but due to expedia.com's confusing information we actually booked a king-bed mini-suite. This suite didn't have the Jacuzzi, but was really nice, clean, with comfortable bed and a lot of space. Since we checked-in late and wanted to go to bed right away, we didn't try to get the room we wanted and stayed here. In the morning I talked to the front desk lady and she was very nice, polite, and helpful in getting us the room with Jacuzzi. It was no problem at all, although this wasn't the hotel's fault.

The breakfast was very good, tea and coffee are available throughout the whole day. The lobby is nice and clean, with a fireplace area to kick back and just relax.

The staff is very friendly and nice.

Location is good, too. Minutes away from the "downtown" with all the restaurants. There are several fast-food placed around the hotel at a walking distance.

We didn't get a chance to use the pool, gym, and a spa, but just looking at how everything is setup makes you want to go there - it's cozy and quiet.

Overall we have an excellent experience with the hotel. Will certainly come back when we're in Paso Robles.

We booked this room because we were traveling with a small dog and we wanted to go to Firestone Beer tasting room. It was equipped with a small frig, sink, and ample space for a family of 4 and a mini pincher. It was clean, but not oober clean. My son said the carpet was like "hot lava" don't touch it with bare feet. The breakfast was continental, you know mediocre coffee and such. But the staff was super friendly and the grounds were pet friendly. I would stay here again.

This was just a much-needed stopover en route from Las Vegas to San Francisco, but was ideal on every level. The reception staff were the most friendly and helpful we encountered in the USA and gave us a perfect recommendation for an Italian restaurant in town. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, with easily enough room for 3 very tired adults to spread out and get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was simple but extremely effective and the staff member on duty made sure everything was hot and fresh. Free parking was a pleasant change and with the hotel's signature express checkout, we were suitably refreshed and on our way in no time. We will definitely stay there again if ever we go back to Paso Robles.

Very nice for a "budget" chain hotel. Went up for wine tasting and stayed two nights right after Christmas. Rooms were clean, plenty of room (we get claustrophobic in small rooms), with a small refrigerator and microwave oven, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds (both king and queens), exercise room was small, but adequate, nice pool and hot tub, which we enjoyed both nights after wine tasting. Staff were friendly, helpful (offered coupons for wine tasting, suggestions for restaurants). Complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of choices, both hot and cold, and were different each morning; much better than your usual continental breakfast with a few cold pastries. Would go elsewhere for coffee, but that's minor. Good location, very central to everything. Walls a bit thin - we could hear the water go on in other rooms in the morning, but again, did not bother us much at all. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a chi chi, luxurious, pampered stay, but for a nice, comfortable, and yes, it's relaxing too in its own way, would definitely recommend this place, it's a great deal.
