This hotel had a great buffet breakfast and clean rooms. The shower and toilet was nice as was the room with cable TV and free parking. I highly recommend.

We were awakened by a loud party in the room next door. Calls to the front desk were no help. Management didn't seem to care. After three hours of noise and a drive to try to find another accomodation, we left at 1:30am to drive 2 1/2 hours back home. Worst hotel experience ever. Manager still has not returned my call.

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. We got a good price at a little over $51.00 through Hotels.com. We spent 3 nights there while we visited Universal Studios. It was located not far from there and easy access to the freeways. The beds were comfy and lots of pillows.The maids did a good job making up the rooms. Always had lots of clean towels and soaps and shampoos replenished every day. It was equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and a safe. Free internet. There was a continental breakfast that included cereal, oatmeal, danishes, bagels, toast, orange juice, apple juice, and hot chocolate. It's not a luxury hotel but if you are traveling on a budget like us it works just fine. I would stay there again for the price.

The room we reserved a week in advance was NOT available, so we were "upgraded" to a room with used amenities (shampoo) & hairs in the jacuzzi. The main table had been nailed together with a piece of wood that was falling off. The walls were so thin we heard the folks above us all night long, even just walking in the room. When we told the desk clerk, she said, "Oh, sorry." but didn't seem at all surprised. The pool is shared with one of the seediest motels in town. This should be a 1-star motel. Will NEVER stay again & will not recommend to anyone. Can't figure how they got a AAA rating at all.
