Absolutely the poorest excuse for a Continental breakfast ever. Bring your own drinking water! Very poor value.

We were looking for somethng near the Cal Tech and decided to give this hotel a try. WOW it was far better than expected, the manager went out of his way to make us welcome, check-in was a snap and the "continental" breakfast included everything you could think of - and a hostess to help you cook the waffles.

I usually have trouble sleeping away from home but the bed was so comfortable I had no problem at all! Everything was great, new large T.V's,, extremely clean and comfortable.

Would not think twice about staying here again and I give it 10 stars!

My friend and I were looking for an inexpensive room close to the convention center. Quality Inn was very affordable. Check in was super quick. The room was comfortable and clean. LOVED the continental breakfast-plenty of food choices. I sleep deeply, but my friend said the walls were a bit thin. She could hear our neighbors next door talking until the wee hours of the morning. We checked out the indoor jacuzzi and sauna, both were clean, but very old and needs updating. It was still nice to have a soak and sauna. It was no problem to get more towels at 11pm. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We were in Pasadena visiting some family who were in town for a wedding and needed to find a reasonably priced hotel that offered adjoining rooms (with the door that goes in between the 2 rooms). When I called this hotel, the front desk person was very helpful and I felt like the price was VERY reasonable.
When we arrived, I was pleased to find a nice, clean room. There was a small wet bar area and a refrigerator, which was helpful to have to keep our son's snacks and drinks. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. We took advantage of the continental breakfast both mornings. They offered a lot of variety -- make your own waffle, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They even printed out our family's boarding passes for their returning flight. Also, the hotel was very close to shopping (Target is one block away and a mall just a few exits down the highway) and dining (lots of choices in the area).
The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was the fact that each room has a door that goes to the outside. I prefer to have a indoor hallway, but for the price, this hotel was just perfect for our stay.
