This is not a 4 star hotel by any means, and the prices were jacked up during the Rose Bowl with a 3 night minimum. But all in all, for a family of four coming from two different locations and meeting at the hotel at 2am the morning of the Rose Bowl, it worked out pretty well. The room was large, had 2 queens, an adequate bathroom, a really small table and 2 chairs, mini frig and microwave and TV. Seemed pretty clean, but we really just used the hotel as a place to park, stash our stuff, grab a shower and head out to the parade and game. It is about 4 blocks from the Rose Bowl parade route, and although we took a shuttle to the football game, the line was so long after the game that we walked back to the hotel - not a short walk, but doable.
Side note - i booked this thru hotels.com for 2 nights. They called me back after confirming my reservation and charging my credit card and told me that the hotel says it is a 3 night minimum. I told them sorry, their fault for letting me book 2 nights and after several hours of back and forth, Hotels.com picked up the third night. Wasnt a pleasant experience, but worked out ok in the end.
