I needed somewhere safe and acceptable to stay while relocating to the Pasadena area and ended up spending 6 nights here. I was on a ground floor room which I'm not that much of a fan but it actually worked out well with all of my luggage. The room was an acceptable size and what you would expect basic but comfortable. Having free internet was a bonus although at the time it was only wired and the cable in my room was very short so only reached the desk. I didn't try out the breakfast but the staff in the reception were helpful as I kept having problems with my room keys not working. The location is not bad, Colorado Blvd is pretty busy with traffic and this section is filled with other Inns but there are plenty of places to go around to get food.

Needed a place to stay while visiting doctors in Southern California and wanted to be located near Monrovia as well as Downtown LA. The Pasadena Inn was a normal Best Western experience with an adequate king room size that included a refrigerator, coffee maker and wireless internet with a great signal. A light breakfast was included in the price and was nice to have before heading out for the day. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms all had doors facing the parking lot and in the evening while the motel was filling up, the noise level increased which made it tough to fall asleep before 10. Some things to experience while here: The LA Arboritum, the Friday night street fair in Downtown Monrovia, Old Town Pasadena and driving down Colorado Blvd following the route of the Rose Parade floats!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while on a trip for pleasure in California. It was clean, comfortable, relatively quiet (we're pretty sensitive to road noise) and had a very nice breakfast: waffles, eggs, pastries. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

This hotel is nice for the price that you pay. Shops are not so far, you can even walk to a "farmer market" wich is good if you don't want to eat in restaurants all the time. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is in a very small place, this was the only inconvenient, especially with small kids. The arboretum is near too.
