During our trip through the USA we wantend to stay in this travellogde, but the rudeness of the staff made us leave that place as quick as possible. we had to wait while the reception guy was calling with his girlfriend. afther this he asked us what we wanted... We had a discount coupon for this motel but the reception refused to take it and wantend to charge us double. the motel was almost empty and they had plenty of rooms. I told him not to give coupons if he didn't want to collect them anyway. he told us to leaf... very friendly place don't you think...

I have stayed at this place four times we are a group of construction guys we were doing some construction work in palo alto. We usually check in on Monday and leave Thursday or Friday in the morning we line up at the door before the breakfast starts. The staffs alway make sure they have the breakfast ready before we show up at the door. Great breakfast good enough for big guys like us. Staff were awesome good place to stay, for us is a second home away from home, if you need a second home Travelodge is a place.

We were having our house redone and needed a place for the in-laws when they were visiting for a week. This place was close to our home, conveniently located and had very good rates. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Not much more that one can ask for in Palo Alto.

we stayed here one night a few weeks ago while visiting Stanford. The location was fine, the breakfast was fine, the wireless was fine, but the room was very, very old and threadbare. We had a room in the back corner, the window looked out on razorwire, the furnishings were very old, the carpet was well-worn, the bathroom was functional but noisy and I'd guess was installed in the 1960's. Maybe we got the worst room in the place, given the other reviews. I'd suggest asking for a refurbished room if you stay here. Although we had prepaid on the internet, we noticed on our credit card bill that we were charged again for the night of the stay. The double-charge was credited back after two phone calls and a few weeks - so that turned out fine. On a subsequent trip we stayed at the Quality Inn down the street (3901 El Camino Real) and for the same price we were amazed at how much better the room was than ours here.
