I am Ronnie Motilla, from Manila Philippines. I would like to say that the staff at Travelodge are very accommodating. I already stayed in this hotel twice (last year and this year) to attend the annual Stanford Undergraduate Psychology Conference at Stanford University. And i am amazed by how they take care of their clients. Prior to my stay with them on May 22-25, 2011they helped me transfer my luggages from my previous hotel. i especially would like to thank Amanda for using her car to transfer my things. Amanda is such a very nice and pleasant person. My thanks also goes to Evelyn, who is a Filipino like me. We had a very nice conversation and she shared some tips on how I can best maximize my dollars while in Palo, Alto. Lastly,i would like also thank Lele, the manager, for being nice and accommodating. The reception staff are friendly & very good at outlining the information needed to commence your stay in a knowledgeable way.The weekend night receptionist in particular is worthy of mention for her polite ,attentive and very warm interaction with guests.Exeptional customer service.The rooms are of good standard and the complimentary breakfast has wide array of choices.

Travelodge is my home away from home Monday to Friday for years Since I live 3 hours away I do not want to commute everyday. The girls at the office are super they alway make sure breakfast is ready before I come in. If you want good service this is a place to go.

We needed a hotel near Stanford Hospital. This was not a good choice. The rooms are very old, horribly dirty and the beds were terrible. Not worth it when you need a good night's sleep. I have written letters to both Expedia and Travelodge.
