This hotel came at an attractive price during the Christmas break when the business travelers were away. I had two problems which flagged to me that the owner doesn't seem interested in or acquainted with good ways to keep customers satisfied. I'd used the wireless internet with no problem. Then the motel changed the password, and suddenly I couldn't connect any more, even trying the password they provided to me. When I asked them for assistance, they told me that I should be the one contacting the service provider for technical support, even though the staff had been the ones who'd made a change. When I asked them to call tech assistance, they said that they would not. In addition, when I asked if I could leave a suitcase for two days, they told me that, once I was checked out, they could no longer help me. I know there are other places in Palo Alto where they would treat you better.
