My first time staying at a Hampton Inn it was really nice the rooms were clean the service was excellent, we went for a graduation party and we almost rented another room because we ended up having more people then expected but the front staff offered blow up beds for two of the guest so we ended up not having to pay for an extra room. The service was great and the breakest was more than we expected. Thank you we will for sure stay there again.

I stayed at the Hampton in Palmdale with my nine month old son. The front desk staff went out of their way to help me with my bags and set the crib up in our room. Our room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and both my son and I slept extremely well. This hotel was very close to dining and shopping. Great stay.

I've stayed at numerous Hampton Inns in U.S. and Canada and this is so far the worse one I've experienced. I have to admit that the location of this hotel is great and it's quite new. However, it does not have amenities that other Hampton’s provide. For example, all the other Hampton’s I've stayed at, in addition to the hot tea and coffee provided 24 hours; they also provide juice 24 hours. Some even provide cookies at night. However, this Hampton does not even have any juice. Secondly, all other Hampton’s provide easy access to wireless internet - just connect your laptop to WiFi and volia! Just enter the code and you can surf the net. However, the WiFi access in this hotel is not working and one needs to connect with the cable jack provided. This is inconvenient for travelers who are sharing a room. Third, the lobby of this hotel is quite dirty. There are trashes left on the coffee table in the lobby and it wasn't cleaned up. Then the towel rack in my room is broken - the top part is slanted and cannot put bath towels on. We were also trying to have some cold drinks in the room and tried to get ice on the 2nd floor. However, all the ice was gone! We had to go to other floors to get it.

It’s overall an OK hotel. It's new, but not very maintained.

Great hotel. Great location. Great value. Stayed 8 days, staff very friendly and accomodating. Washer and dryer available. Quiet rooms (after the softball team left) Staff warned us first and assured that our stay would be made comfortable. No problems. Highly recommended!
