I stayed at the Hampton Inn on the night of January 24th. I had a very difficult time finding accommodations in the Palmdale/Lancaster area. I had stayed at this location two years ago and, at that time, the sales director gave me her card and advised me to call her if I ever needed a room and the websites were showing sold out. She came through when I called and, as a result, my business trip was much more productive than it would have been if I'd had to stay an hour away. My room was clean and very comfortable. Rooms have a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff let me use the fitness center before its official opening time of 6:00 AM. There were many good, healthy choices for breakfast including scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, fresh oatmeal, and fruit. I travel to this area frequently on business and will definitely return to this hotel.

My family and I originally had plans to stay at The Palmdale Hotel, but after many bad reviews on them, we chose to stay with The Hampton Inn and so glad we did. We were there for a week and it felt like home. The staff were very helpful and nice and breakfast was great. Not your typical cereal and bagel choices, although that is a choice, but sausage, omeletes, potatoes and other great choices. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Will most definitely stay here again. Thank you to Susan Brooks for all her help before our stay!!

Clean, neat. A little pricey. Pool looks bigger on hotel website, fisheye lens trick. Small pool with no umbrellas. Next door to a mini golf place, nice for families. Fast food steps away from lobby. Very nice breakfast, some staff were friendly at desk; stayed 2 nights.

I live in the area, this past Thursday night I came home to a flooded master bedroom. It turns out that my main hot water line broke and it was in the master bathroom. Could not sllep one more day with three air fans going and the smell of it all. Out of desperation I looked in the local phone book and choose the Hamptons. It turned out to be an ecellent choice every, from reservations to check in. After dealing with plummers insurance, etc.etc. I was tired and needed a hot shower! Thank you staff for an outstanding service. The last thing you need in my situation is any kind of hassel. My experience was the above and beyond my expectation!!! Also very clean.
