Nice hotel with good kitchen and laundry facilities for extended stays. About a mile from downtown and less than half mile from groceries, pharmacy, nearby restaurants. Pool, but no spa or workout room.

Most notable for friendly, attentive and helpful staff.

My husband and I had to stay here because of work. We left the very next day. The place had a very unpleasant smell and despite Federicks professionalism the place is horrible. As soon as we got there there was a man complaining that some one stole $500 Dollars from his room. Also, another gentleman was complaining bcause no one had cleaned his room in weeks and it was a filth. When we got into our room, it was disgusting. The covers had yellow stains, the carpet had stains. The kitchnette was a filth. On top of it all when I went to change, and opened my suitcase, a mouse jumped in! Disgusting!!! The place is deceiving because outside is looks presentable, but as soon as you walk in yoiu are bombarded with a very disturbing smell.

My dog Molly and I stayed for a week. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice, and the room was clean.

The down side of the hotel was the mattress on the bed it was WAY to hard to sleep on.
My dog woke me up trying to take one of the pillows to sleep on.

I hope the other rooms had a softer mattress.

Don't be fooled by this place, it is very misleading. It looks like they blew their entire budget on the outside of this establishment and forgot about the inside.

We walked in the door and the individual at the desk was helpful. Our room was not ready but he said we could leave our bags there. It is the only time I have felt uncomfortable leaving my bag where I was staying.

Luckily, and unluckily, he did find us a room so we were able to check in early. It looked like the scene out of some horror movie. The carpet was worn almost all the way through and the “comforter” was frayed. The bottom sheet of the bed was too small and wouldn’t stay on. I had to remove the comforter from the bed and get another sheet to cover the blanket underneath. I also purchased my own Clorox wipes so that I could disinfect our room myself.

We didn’t have the luxury of finding another place to stay while in Palm Springs. Hopefully others will read this and decide to look elsewhere for accommodations; unless the goal is to take part in an illicit affair or possibly a homicide, in which case it would be the perfect location.
