I was very impressed with this hotel. The lobby appeared very modern, and check in went smoothly.
The rooms were large, and had a safe, fridge, coffee maker, flat screen tv, desk etc.. The bathroom was a bit small, but was ok. All the rooms were modern and clean, but the a/c was a bit noisy.
Bed is VERY soft, so if wanting a hard mattress its not the right place
The surroundings very nice- decent pool and jacuzzi.
- Mostly the overall impression was good. However, not everyone working at the hotel were very friendly. A younger girl working at the reception was rude, and I was wondering why on earth she decided to work in hospitality.
-Parking was not very good. Only very few parking spaces are available, so if arriving late you need to park in on of the streets nearby the hotel.

Overall its very good value for money, and I will def. come back again.

We came across 7 Springs Inn & Suites doing an internet search for a few nights lodging in Palm Springs. It was off the main downtown strip so we thought it would be quiet. We were booked in a room that fronted Indian Canyon Road. The street noise is pretty constant, particulary bothersome with truck traffic until the wee hours. Other than that gripe, the hotel is great. Large comfortable suites are offered, many with full kitchens. There is a pleasant grassy courtyard, large spa pool, heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna available to all guests. Contracted room service and delivery from area restaurants for a fee is also offered. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The decor is ultra modern and slightly kitschy in some of the rooms. Cartoon balloon quotes on the walls were a little over the top for me, but I learned to ignore them.

Our king room at 7 springs included a fully equipped kitchen w/ frig, stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils etc. Great beds- very clean- coffee available but no breakfast. Terrific breakfast place 1 block away.(john's). Has a large spa in one courtyard area and a smaller spa and pool in another area. Staff was very good- free wi-fi- free parking- within walking distance from downtown (palm canyon blvd) with great restaurants. The furnishings are not 5 star but are plenty good. 70 plus tv channels- quiet and comfortable.

If you are looking for a clean local place to stay beyond the chains that has some modern appeal..this is a an excellent choice. T

he bargain is rooms midweek in 65-85 range.

If going go for the two queens on the top floor.. they have seating areas and are large.

Some 2 queen top floors then combine with a king/kitchen arrangement on the bottom floor which would be good a good choice for families... but if you just have this as a bottom floor solo room we found it awkward that there was a large kitchen but no real sofa areas.

Staff is back on top of things. Grounds very well maintained. Housekeeping on top of their game.

Location is on main drag but rooms are quiet. . Courtyard layout has 1 warm pool and 1 regular small pool. A third hot tub was broken for all 4 days we were there .. which seems odd. Check before you go.

Weekend rates are higher but if you can get the two queens in the 80s or 90s it's compettive.

Located one block off the uptown design area which is very interesting and near the movie colony... which is a lot of peering behind walls and gates.... but has a nice park a short distance away. About 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown.
