“Terrible”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

When you get to the hotel they act like they are a high end place and you pay for it that act but when you get into the room its old and you can tell. Smells old and looks even worse. The bathroom fans didnt work, the door handle actually fell off so we couldn't get into the room. The TV looked like it was from the 1970s (no free showtime even though we were told that there was), the sofa bed would not come out of the sofa (ended up needing a hotel worker to come out and pull it out). The pool towels needed to be picked up and returned by guests where other hotels just have them there for your convenience.

The continental breakfast had the bare minimum, the internet access felt like it was dial up. The scenery was beautiful but over all the hotel experience was bad and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: just don't even go to this hotel

“Fantastic pools, but no more”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 December 2011

The best thing with this hotel are to very big pools and several spas.

The hotels has a nice decoration and several statues, but it begins to look a bit shabby. The hotel lacks wending machines and the fitness room was no good.

There was some bugs in the room and the air condition was bad.

There was some kind of complimentary breakfast, but you had to pay extra for most of the food and drinks in the breakfast room.

Check out other options in the area before you choose this one (i.e. the hotel just across the street).

“Sufficiently pleasant”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 September 2011

Good place to stay if you are in palm springs, clean , safe and economical. The rooms are in good condition. One pool was closed during our stay. The other pool was operating but it requires a cleaning. If you are there just for stopping over, it's perfectly fine.

“Good location& clean. Perfect for overnight stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 September 2011 via mobile

Stayed here when travelling from Vegas to LA. Room was basic but clean. Pools looked nice, but didn't get chance to use any. Breakfast was basic and I agree with the comment below regarding the weird garden themed lobby!!

“Not bad for the money”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 August 2011

This is a decent choice for people looking to get a cheap room for the night in Palm Springs. Close to a mini market and 7-11 as well as many dining options. Room was basic, looked like early 80's tv and furnature. could have been a little cleaner, but overall fine. Lobby was kinda weird looking, kind of like an old lady's garden. Trust me it did.
