I stayed at this hotel while visiting the area and it was great. Nice location near lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The area was easy to get around in and the hotel was easy to find. The Internet was fast and consistent. The hotel staff helped me in finding food delivery places for late night order as I had driven a great deal the first night and just wanted to chill and relax. The rooms were spacious and the free breakfast was typical Holiday Inn Express food. No complaints at all.

This is a good hotel for the cost of a night's stay. It is a great location - many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and we found it to be very clean. The room was spacious enough and the bedt was very comfortable. Great parking too!

We stayed here as this was the host hotel for a junior golf tournament. The rate was very reasonable even considering that this is not their peak season. We did not spend much time in the room but the public areas and guest rooms were clean and well maintained. All of the front desk staff were very friendly. Rooms were updated and had flat screen TVs. Breakfast in the morning was typical HI Express fare which is more than adequate for a free breakfast. We did not use the pool but it appeared to be clean and well kept. However we never saw anyone using the pool even though it was a very hot weekend. If you are looking for a lively pool scene this is not your hotel. Only negative is that rooms with view of the pool also had views of the adjoining electrical transfer station. No noise involved, just an eyesore.

The room was clean and new looking. The only slight problem was the bathroom where the exhaust fan did not work. Some paint peeling was evident but only in a couple of small places. It was a 106f but the a/c was moe than adequate. The pool was small but very few guests used it. Lots os restaurants and a movie theater across the street. Breakfast was the typical Holiday Inn fare and was sufficent. If we go to see family in Ranch Mirage again I would stay there again. The desk staff and house keeping staff were very good. Agood value for the area.
