This Hampton inn was very nice! We had a studio room that provided lot of extra space - great beds! Breakfast was great and always replenished. Nice pool area and very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again!

Didn't have a reservation just walked in from Freeway 10. They offered me the same great rate that I had seen the day before online 120 a night. That same day they had finished recarpeting the whole place. New Capet smell very obvisious. Room was very clean. Bed was fine. Water pressure in shower was good. I was alone. Yet there was 4 big towels. Little closet and the mirrored door makes it diffcult to get into to.

For breakfast 2 waffle makers, a toaster, muffins, bear claws, yogurt, cold cereal, hot diced potatoes, scramble eggs with cheese and quatered ham which I was able to pick out. Good eating area. Couch in the Business center had one computer with printer. Worked very well.

Front Desk very friendly. There is a Jack n the Box and Starbucks in the parking lot. with gas station. Parking just fine. Went to Palm Dersert for Josh Groban concert. Saw the real Groban since it was in an intimate place. The McCallum Theater is a great place but Josh was better in "his living room."

I've been to quite a few Hampton Inns with my family and normally would not write a review for any of them, but our stay here warrants a comment. Upon arriving we were treated very warmly at the front desk, shown to our rooms, and kindly given an extra cot and pillows upon request. Its when we left that we had our first snafu. Three hours into our drive to the Grand Canyon, my wife realized she had left her purse in the closet of our room. We call back and reach the front desk stating our dilemma. The receptionist did not put us on hold, but instead immediately went to check on the status of our missing purse (it was there, thank goodness!) and proceeded to write down our details on where we would be staying. Without even being asked, she said that we would have our purse tomorrow. The Palm Desert Hampton Inn sent my wife's purse next day delivery...with absolutely no charge to our account. This is the type of service that will ensure the next time we stop by Palm Desert I know where we will be staying.

This hotel is a standard Hampton Inn. It was clean and the beds were ok. I think it is nearing the time for a renovation, it still had a tube-style tv in the room. But it was clean and was convenient to the interstate. Breakfast was ok and staff was ok.
