“Outstanding breakfast, comfortable home, convenient location and warm hospitality define this B&B.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 January 2011

Upon arrival, hosts Dale and Kathy greeted us warmly and showed us the amenities of the common area including fresh fruit , snacks, soda and well stocked Keurig coffee maker. The room was very nicely furnished with fine linens and robes and the spa/pool just outside the door. Our early dinner precluded the normal cocktail hour so our hosts handed us a bottle of very fine wine to enjoy on our own. After a long dinner (Lavender Bistro in La Quinta has very good food but somewhat slow service) we returned to find the spa heated and waiting. Breakfast the next day was outstanding including melon balls, berries with yogurt, small cinnamon rolls, excellent french toast and attentive service. The home is located just a block from the shops on El Paseo and vigorous walk from the College of the Desert weekend street fair. Excellent one night stay.

“Better than home away from home...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 December 2010

Tres Palmas is a beautiful property with spacious bedrooms and wonderful landscaping. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful fruit trees, fountains and roses.
The proprietors, Dale and Kathy Adams are about as friendly and accommodating as anyone
can be. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the B & B and they went out of their
way to make our stay the best it could be!

“Outstanding”

What a lovley place to stay. Great rooms, perfect location and our host, Dale, was wonderful. Great breakfast, wine hour and conversation. You walk two blocks to El Paseo to enjoy the great shops and restaurants. This is a must if you are going to the desert.

“Don't miss this fabulous B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 April 2010

My husband and I stayed at Tres Palmas Bed and Breakfast 8 years ago and found it comfortable and enjoyed its very desirable location (one block from El Paso). But were we surprised when we returned for a 4 night stay. Tres Palmas had been transformed from a pretty good B&B to absolutely FANTASTIC. Dale and Kathy, the new owners, have kicked the whole bed and breakfast experience up several notches. Everything on the inside and on the outside of Tres Palmas sparkled and was irresistibly inviting.

Dale and Kathy were the most gracious and attentive hosts and they made sure all of our needs were met. They served fabulous gourmet breakfasts and hosted a lively and delicious wine and appetizer hour every evening. There were luxurious bed and bath linens, plush beds, robes, dvds, and and absolutely gorgeous pool area with comfy lounge funiture and stunning landscaping. And the list goes on.

If you need a place to stay in Palm Desert, skip the hotels and try this little slice of heaven!

“A memorable stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 March 2010

This is a wonderful place to stay in Palm Desert. It is just a few steps away from all the amenities of El Paseo, yet it is quiet and tranquil. It is also within a short drive of some great hiking trails in the foothills of the surrounding mountains. The owners are friendly and engaging hosts who go the extra mile to make sure everyone has a good time. They serve excellent wines at the cocktail hour, which is a very sociable occasion. There are plenty of good dining options in El Paseo. One of the best, IMO, is the Daily Grill, which is just a few steps away from Tres Palmas. The food is good without being fussy or pretentious, service is attentive and prompt, and the prices are reasonable. What more do you want?
