We hope you will accept our sincere apologies for the lack of service or product you experienced during your stay with us. There is never an excuse for poor service and we appreciate your letting us know.

All of our rooms are newly renovated rooms. At the end of June 2010, they received new carpet, all new mattresses, sheets & bedspreads as per our franchisee requirement. After your comment about the possible sighting of roaches & crawler bugs, we called our Pest Control company immediately. This room was put out of service, as this is something that we take very seriously. After a thorough investigation, they concluded that there were no roaches or any other insects present and the room was opened back up for occupancy the next day. As of today, we have had no reports of any insects.

We are terribly sorry that your family had poor experience in our hotel. However, I can assure you that there were No roaches & crawlers present at all and there are no bugs or insects in our hotel.
