Nice surprise to have a charming hotel so close to all the "chain" hotels. I know Ayres has other hotels but I've only been to this one. Pictures accurately depicted the room which was nice. Check in was a breeze. Elevators were tiny but not an issue, just surprised to see tiny elevators!
Daily free buffet breakfast was a nice treat, made getting out the door in the morning easy and stress free. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Only negative this was the bed was too soft. I like medium beds and this one was like a big pillow. Back was sore... :/

This hotel was great. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than decent, and the location was very convenient to the Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland, movie theatres and lots of shopping. It was a win-win situation!

We have been going to this property for 6 years now during the month of January. In fact we just got back. It has been nice to see some of the same people there each year. They are always willing to accommodate all our needs. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms always clean. We have never had a negative incident at this hotel. There is a large mall close by we can walk to although the hotel has a van that takes us to many places that are nearby. The breakfast is not 5 star but the folks that work there are always willing to serve more hot water or refill items that have run out with a smile. It is not a five star property and the look is of a large motel but the attitude of the people and the comfort and convenience make it the best choice for us in the area.

The hotel is average. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up during our check in. Some of the walls in the hotel looked like they had been kicked in, and a very poor repair job was done to fix the hole. The gym is tiny. Basically two pieces of equipment in a small room. no windows. Felt very enclosed.
