I stayed with my elderly mother in a handicapped room with her cat prior to our flight. The hotel was very accommodating clean and odor free. They provided evening snacks and a continental breakfast. Close to airport.

Great location, near the Ontario Convention Center. Nice property, very welcoming lobby. We stayed on the 4th floor, I do not think the air conditioning was working because the room always seemed warm, no matter how low the thermostat was set. Be sure to take advantage of the In-n-out that is close by! Only thing that I wish they would change is the charge for internet.

This hotel feels the need to make a statement by proudly displaying Fox News 24/7 on the large lobby TV right next to the check in desk. Unfortunately they don't appear to be fair and balanced because you can no get MSNBC in the hotel rooms.

This hotel does not understand how obnoxious it is to have a highly divisive news program as the first thing you see when you walk into the lobby of the hotel. How about some nice travel channel?

I booked into this property for a training convention that I attended in Ontario during January 2012. I was pleasantly surprised at the remodel that had taken place and the front lobby is now very welcoming.

I learned of this property from the Sales Manager Sandra Van Bogget who came to our organization in May 2010 and told us about the Ontario property. I have had a workshop there before the remodel, and was pleased with the facility as well as the prompt service from the staff. From the moment you walk in, the staff projects an attitude that is welcoming and certainly full of hospitality.

I routinely tell colleagues and clients about the property, and recommend it to family and friends. I will select this location whenever I have business within a fifty-mile radius.
