I plan to use this hotel more frequently! The end of the month hilton honors social gathering was a great perk of staying at this hotel. Food and drinks were good, with an interesting environment.

Catering worked our lunches all week. They rocked it! We had the best lunches of all the other company at the hotel.

Overall experience was great, staff warm and attentive, quick airport pickup after a long flight and in room (which is also great) quickly.

We visit the Doubletree Hotel Ontario Airport often and we are always amazed by something different in the great service we recieve. Each staff member goes out of their way to make sure our time at the Doubletree is perfect. From the management to the ladies that clean the rooms, we always recieve care in how our visit is going.

We were at an event in one of the ballrooms and the meal being served was something I was not able to eat. I informed one of the bus boys cleaning another table my situation and he returned with another plate. He was so fast I was able to finish my meal with the others at my table. The new meal was wonderful and it met my individual needs, no questions asked.
