“Loved, loved it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 January 2012

Usually stay in Ontario once a year for a couple of nights while we attend the "Road to California" quilt show. The Radisson is the perfect place to stay, as it is directly across the street from the convention center. Motel was updated and we enjoyed the large room with extra amenities. Train tracks are close by, but I did not hear trains until the next morning. Appreciated the free internet provided.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the front of the building, to avoid hearing the trains that run past on the back.

“Amazing Service! Loved my stay here!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 January 2012

By far the best staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Both night manager and the other manager treated me super well, and the hotel restaurant and room service was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Worth the extra $12 for the upgraded suite.

“Noisy!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 December 2011

The staff was great, the room was nice, but I had a difficult time sleeping because I heard every plane take off or land as well as several trains go by through the night. I have never stayed in a hotel so noisy! And it's a shame because I liked the hotel otherwise.

“Needs To Be Updated”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 November 2011

This was only a one-niter for me, so take what I say with a grain of salt. First, I had a difficult time finding the hotel from the airport. It's probably easier to find if you're already on the freeway and take the exit for Holt Blvd. Otherwise, depending on how you exit from the airport, you'll have to traverse several access roads and you'll either wind up on the freeway or coming in behind the hotel. Whatever, you do, don't head south! Also know that this hotel was formerly a Marriott, so asking for directions to the Radisson might bring a puzzled look. I wasn't very pleased with the night reception; it seemed like he was trying to check in three of us all at once. When I asked for directions to the closest late night diner, I received rather vague directions (but I did find it). The hotel is set up for conventions, is across from the Convention Center, and has many meeting rooms, a restaurant, bar, exercise room, and pool. My room needed some upgrades, like a broken window handle and the air/heat was operated from a wall panel. There is noise from the airport, so light sleepers might have a problem here. My room had a small fridge and microwave but I don't think they all do.

“Very tired Radisson”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2011

Disappointed in this hotel. Lobby was dirty (blue carpet had trash on it). Service from Front desk attend fine. Room clean but tired and worn.
