My experience here at Holiday Inn Express was exceptionally comfortable. The service and amenities were always clean and available. Its location is also a great plus considering that the Kaiser hospital is not to far away which made it easier to take trips back and forth to get our mom to her appointments. The hotel employees worked with us and our schedule and always remembered who we were when we came back. I would highly recommend stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Ontario, CA.

This was my first time traveling to Ontario CA, I was only there for two nights and I had the worst travel exp of my life. I originally reserve a room at the Hampton Inn in Highland.......but it was soooooo disgusting i had to find another place to stay. The Hampton Inn ended up showing me a total of 4 hotel room filled will pubic hair and waste in 2 bathrooms and what appeared to be blood/body fluid in the other 2.

Thankfully i was able to find Holiday Inn because of the positive reviews on Tripadvisor......the guy at the front desk was provided excellent customer services....after I told him what happen to me at Hampton Inn, he upgraded me to a suite......my room was nice, quite and CLEANNNNN. Sir I dont know your name but thanks for making my first trip to Ontario a pleasant one!

My family and I loved our stay here, this holiday Inn is one of the best I have stayed in, very clean, friendly stuff and an awesome breakfast lounge, the lady serving the breakfast on 08-11-11 was very very nice,i forgot her name.
East access to internet, great parking and my girls loved the pool. I will definitly stay here again.

Overall, the entire student crew for our film enjoyed their stay! We enjoyed the queen suites and found them to fit every bodies needs. The rooms were spacious and fit everyone safely and comfortably. Pillows were also comfortable as well. Its always tough to find a good hotel pillow but this hotel has two options to fit your liking! Rooms and Bathrooms were very clean!

Everyone took advantage of the pool and hot tub area and found them every enjoyable. It was also great having a hot breakfast in the morning! The hotel staff was extremely helpful and willing to work our schedule. Everyone had a smile on their face when we greeted them.

The location was more than satisfactory. It was close to the Ontario Airport but also close to our shooting location at the Chino Airport. Just a short drive away!
