Great location. Excellent service on checkin. Fabulous room with lots of owners 'touches' to make it feel like home. Utilised sauna, hot tubs and gym (which is quite extensive).

Superior Service, great location, friendly staff, well set up rooms. The jacuzzi, exercise room, and the fireplace areas made for great social gatherings. The condo's are well stocked and we found excellent Internet service and Cable TV to be of business quality. The kids were able to watch movies on their laptops after skiing. I highly recommend this place as the place to stay when skiing Squaw Valley.

I Love The Squaw Valley Lodge!!! I've stayed at dozens of resorts in the Lake Tahoe area (and around the world) over the past few decades and I always love the "coming home" feeling here. My recent stay in rm #340 was, as usual, the best! So much so that I felt compelled to share my experience, etc here. For starters, the lodge sits on the sweetest spot of the best mountain resort in the Lake Tahoe area. It is an actual ski in-ski out set up which is beyond convenient (especially for families who may want to break for lunch without a monumental hassle). I've even skied in for lunch and "a hot tub" before heading back up the hill . . . just because I could! The amenities are wonderful! Very family friendly! Clean and fresh rooms/property! Best sleep at night ever. Great gym, jacuzzis, pool, massages, meeting rooms, etc, etc, etc! The staff is "always" warm, welcoming and can take care of anything with promptness and "genuine" courtesy. They always seem to "actually" care for your well being and are truly happy to see you enjoy your stay with them . . . (unlike sooo many other resorts that, well, frankly, just fake it because it's their job). Not here! SVL are "good people" all the way around! The apres ski scene is fun and plentiful too! Again, just steps away from my door (that I just skied up to) are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. Outstanding hiking, biking, swimming, etc in the summer time too! On top of everything, The Squaw Valley Lodge is reasonably priced. I always feel like I get a great value for the $. Highest of marks from a long time regular guest!!! Cheers!

Our family rented an apartment here for 3 days. It was a good deal because we paid for 2 days and got the 3rd day free! Overall, the Lodge is realllly nice, I imagine that it makes a great summer or winter vacation home. Our suite was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen and plates and utensils included. We didn't expect it to be so spacy, which is great! There's room service every day, indoor and outdoor spas and pool, a sauna and steamroom, and a full gym. The Lodge is literally right next to Squaw Village and the lifts, so easily accessible and quite convenient.
