Got this place on Priceline for $114 a night for January 21/22. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. For the price I expected an inside room with zero view, but got lucky and had an ocean view from the living room. The condos have well stocked kitchens and comfortable and spacious living areas. The bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. The property is across the street from the beach and very close to the Oceanside transit center. There are MANY restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Even though I got this place at a reduced price, I would EASILY pay the $200+ per night charge and stay here again.

We were able to spend another wonderful week at this resort to start the New Year. The property continues to impress me with it's outstanding views and fantastic maintance. Having lived in a Beach Community I know how hard it is to maintain property so close to the Ocean.

The Staff and management are the Best. I was struggling with the luggage cart at check in and "Roberto" went above and beyond to help me. Jeremy was very helpful with information and golf courses to play and the front desk staff were always available for anything a guest needed.

Thursday night we walked a few short blocks to the main section of Oceanside to enjoy a very nice street faire. Music, shopping, food and fun.

Definitely a special place with the Ocean and Beach just a few yards away. Fantastic Views!

Just went for a weekend
Getaway, always improvements made. New ice cream cart in lobby, unit we were in had the new ovens, new door locks and assigned parking. Will have to see how parking works in summer with all the suv's.

Time share units are readily available at this complex. Very attractive strretside with convenient parking underneath or streetside. All units are very very close to beach and units in the 100 numbers are ON the beach. Efficient kitchens and all units were clean...I saw 8 of them and we rented 4 of them. Not far from Amtrak station and easy walking to events, restaurants, and movies. Furnishings were average.
