If you are looking for a comfy home away from home, this is the place. We stayed here with 2 other couples, so it was really nice to have the whole place to ourselves to hang out and feel at home, yet at the same time having plenty of quiet space when we wanted it. Beds are super comfy (often hard to find in a B&B, at least from my experience) and rooms are a nice size (we had the master bedroom, which was huge). If you are looking for "luxury" as one other reviewer mentions, then go stay at one of Napa's high priced hotels...but you'll sure miss out on the charm and homey comfort of this awesome B&B if you do (and you'll have less money to spend on wine)! Don't get me wrong, I love staying in hotels when I'm in a big city, but when staying in wine country I'm looking for something with more personal touches and charm. Also, the B&B is smack dab in the middle of vineyards, which is so peaceful and part of the wine country experience. Oakville is the perfect location for exploring all of Napa...we've stayed in Yountville & in Calistoga in the past, which are both great, but Oakville really is central to just about everything. Also, Una, the innkeeper, was so nice and accomodating...fixing us yummy breakfasts each morning, yet giving us our privacy. The grounds are also very nice...we took advantage of sitting out by the pool, in the hammocks reading and just generally hanging out and enjoying the surroundings. We've been to Napa maybe 4 or 5 times, and this was our best find yet.
