I stayed here for one night. I have stayed here in the past a few years ago.. If you are expecting Hilton quality, do not stay here. Grounds are bleak and old. The layout of hotel has you walkig outside to 3 different buildings. It feels like a Motel 6. Furnish quality cheap. They have business center but printer does not work. You can not scan. No inside pool. Rooms are cold and hallways are freezing. Heat has to be on 80 to feel like 70. The hotel is very cheap in quality. No free internet except in lobbies. The bar is good and food good.There were no amenities to take advantage of while in hotel. The hotel is drab and needs rehabbing.Bad. I rated it poor according to Hiton standards.

We stayed at the Hilton Oakland Airport hotel when we came into town for a football game. Since our flight was to depart at 6:00 am the following morning, we decided that it would be more convenient to stay near the airport rather than in the city.

Like any Hilton hotel, it was very clean and the staff was courteous. There was a restaurant and bar at the hotel so we were able to watch some of the morning games before heading into the city. The was complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport and the BART station (both were only minutes away).

Our room was just a basic room but it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was enough space in the bathroom for two people to not feel squished and the water pressure was perfect to help wake us up so early in the morning. Our most favorite thing though, was the bed! Talk about comfortable!! We had the one of the best night’s sleep in a long time; I don’t think either of us moved at all throughout the night.

I would recommend this hotel for those needing easy access to the Oakland Airport or I guess, those who are actually hanging out in Oakland!

I stayed one night at the hilton on a weekend and I feel like the hilton can do much better. They charge there customers a one time fee for staying at there hotel which is 11.00 and some change, when I walk in the hotel to check in I wasn't acknowledge right away they where doin a lot of staring then customer service, they can do much better on the rooms the bathroom is hella small, only 1 person at a time!! That's how small it is when u walk n a hilton hotel u think of luxury! I've stayed at better hotels then this and paid around the same amount for 1 night and the hotel overall was way better then the hilton. When I made my reservations I said smokin they put me n a no smokin room instead and I was very upset with that. I had a friend come by and see me they where here less then an hour and had to pay 8.00 for parkin plus when u come through the gates there is no sign to let u no how much parkin is!Later me and the girls went to the bar and when we walk in there was a lot of staring then customer service we had to say something then that when the bartender acknowledge us. We ordered drinks and appetizers and that was a plus.In the morning check out time is 12noon so wh is the maid coming in our room 2 hours b for! I didn't like that at all I could of been having sex or doing something private and personal! Next time I will b staying some where else and I would not advice any of my friends r family to stay here.

I stay at Hilton's for work and this was the worst one I have stayed at. The property is very dated and needs a face lift. The rooms are old and run down. Although the room was clean, it just felt dirty because of how old everything was. Popcorn ceilings, yellowed bathtub, no mini fridge, leaky faucet just to name a few things that earned a 2 star rating from me.
