“Great value, conveniently located, good service”

Stayed twice at this location in October and November. In October we arrived late and wondered if we'd be able to take advantage of breakfast, since we were leaving fairly early. Not only was breakfast ready, but when we left, the same employee who checked us in met us as we drove out to take the room key instead of me leaving the car!
We had another good experience on November. L.A. hotels are pretty expensive so this is a real bargain @ $63-67. It also has a fridge & microwave. A stray cat almost joined us the 2nd stay!
Nothing glamorous, but great for a short stay. Extremely quiet neighborhood considering it's across from a car dealership.
Breakfast ample & adequate. Just about every hotel we stay at these days has a waffle maker, and this does as well as several other choices.

“loved it”

I had a training in Downey for my work, I took my family with me, we choose this hotel, and we really liked it. If we go to that area we will choose it again, it is kids friendly, and very clean, the breakfast was good.

Room Tip: double beds

“Very good for the money, we'll stay again!”

My husband and I took a last minute trip to Disneyland for the weekend. We're kinda picky about where we'll stay, and the hotel we normally stay at near Disneyland was full. I found the Best Western Norwalk Inn on TripAdvisor and liked what I read from the reviews. We were not disappointed. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub and the tile in the shower looked rather old but seemed clean enough. I would have preferred standard or king size pillows on the king size bed instead of the four very small pillows that were there, but they were soft and comfy. The free breakfast was good and consisted of delicious coffee, cereal, muffins, danishes, hard boiled eggs, waffles, and more. The timer on the waffle iron wasn't working properly, so I had to keep track of that myself, but no big deal. The hotel was about a 20 to 30 minute drive to Disneyland depending on traffic and in an area we felt comfortable in. All in all, I was very happy with the hotel for the price we paid and would stay here again.

stayed here for one night for a business trip. Rooms were large and clean, service excellent and attuned, high speed free internet was a big plus. Complimentary breakfast was very good good; and the location is excellent and convenient to freeways.
This is a basic but high quality place to stay

“Never been disappointed by Best Western....”

I've been staying in Best Western for the last 6 years because they always have clean rooms and are centrally located to everything I needed to get to, but when I read the reviews on Trip Advisor here I was expecting a hotel that was below the standards I expected for Best Western and was ready to move my reservation to the hotel recommended to me by my company, but I am glad that I stayed with this hotel. I got in late and had a bit of a problem finding a parking spot, the lot is a little tight, but got to the counter and was quickly greeted, told them my name and they had my key ready and I was in my room in 5 minutes. The room was clean and well maintained everything I come to expect from Best Western and the continential buffet was filling if your O.K. with hard boiled eggs, waffle maker, pastries and breads set up in their main lobby with free copies of USA Today for those people who enjoy print papers. I would stay here again when I am in town on business.
