The rooms on this property are badly out of date; something I would expect at an interstate motel that is 50 years old. While the common grounds are nice (lobby, bar), and the staff is excellent, the actual lodgings (and I had two rooms in my stay) made me wish I'd opted for a Courtyard Marriot at the airport - seriously.
My first room was cramped, dark (one light), no working outlets at the desk and a broken desk chair. I could probably have dealt with it as I was only there for one night - I could not have worked in the space but the lobby was nice enough to camp out until I had to go back to go to sleep, but the room itself was in what appeared to be a remodeled motel with exterior facing doors, and the side of the building I was on looked out over an ally with access up to the rooms. As a female alone I felt quite unsafe, which is not what I would expect to feel at this price point and at a Hyatt.
My second room was in the main building and was bigger, but still boasted the same out of date fixtures and furniture. I'm quite serious when I say that I would have had a more comfortable stay at any Hilton Garden Inn or Courtyard. This property isn't even up to those standards.
Room Tip: Insist on the main building -everything else is subpar motel quality
